Shipping and Returns

We ship to all areas throughout Australia. This is via either our nominated Track and Trace Courier or Australia Post. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 14 days from dispatch depending on your location. As a result you receive an email from our carrier which will enable you to track your parcels.

Most deliveries are prepared and booked by the close of business prior to the day of shipment. 

Our products are dispatched any day of the week and normally within 2 – 4 days of receiving the order.


Our delivery charges are based on Weight and your postcode. As a result our rates start from $10.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.



We are unfortunatly not able to accept returns if the box has been opened. All returns are at the customers expense. Refunds are only issued once the order has been returned and inspected. Refunds are issued minus the delivery cost and 15% restock fee.

Damaged Glass

Having shipped glass for many years via couriers across the country we have found the best way to ship glass and that is for the jars to be packed tightly together with padding around the outside to protect them from side impact. As a result damage is rare and when it happens it is often caused by a box being dropped or falling while in transit.

As a result we can offer you a couple of options when a jar or two is broken. Please don’t reject the delivery if suspect glass is broken but open the box and take an photo for us. The jars or bottles can be rinsed and washed. We can either refund you for the broken jars or send you a replacement.

Incorrect orders

This very rarely happens but we suggest checking your order straight away. You have 14 days to notify us of any errors on your order so please check it when it arrives.
